Long loaf with seaweed and salt

In big cities many people lack iodine for the good function of thyroid, and we decided to suggest our own solution: healthy bread with wakame seaweed and coarse sea salt. Within two years our customers went from “Why is it green?” to “Where is our favorite seaweed bread?”

Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, pressed yeast, dry seaweed, sugar, salt, sourdough, water.
