Our Bavaria bread is a flavourous malt bread made of rye sourdough. It looks like fertile soil, it is black with the sides shiny with oil. It is a good bread for those who like both wheat and rye bread. This soft bread will be great with borscht and sandwiches. And it has longer starage peion than wheat bread. We mix in some yeast powder and sugar in order to help malt and rye in fermntation process.
Ingredients: wheat flour, malt, rye flour, water, sunflower oil, salt, yeast powder.
