Classical bun
What can be simpler than small burger bun? Only tasty burger bun. For a very long time we we trying hard to find the right recipe, we heard many complaints until once our pastry chef Daniil Shishigin changed our understanding of burgers: adding the same ingredients to the dough but using another method we managed to bake a perfect burger bun.
Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, boiled potato, sugar, salt, eggs, pressed yeast, butter, oil.
