Grain bun

Once, a center for emigration from Europe to America was the port city of Hamburg, where the emigrants bought bread with minced meat cutlet to their ships. That is not a gastronomic specialty, but they were thankful they could find at least that. 100 years later burger became the king of the market, and like a king needs his mantle, the burger needs its bun. Tastes differ and sometimes ordinary bun is not enough, so we have one with sunflower seeds, millet and poppy.

Ingredients: wheat flour, salt, water, sugar, sunflower seeds, millet, poppy, margarine.
