Grain toast bread
Do you think that pastrami would be so delicious if it was not served on grain bread? Or maybe beef roast would be so good? Unfortunately, not! Seeds of different crops, soaked, crushed, dried, with linen fibers give the proper balance of flavor. Of course, not to mention the size of the toast itself. Grains give this bread autumn look, sensation of the harvest and proximity of rain. I like to eat it with butter, but the majority of customers buy it for sandwiches. Before putting seeds in the dough we soak them in the water for several hours – that way they are easier to chew and have better flavor.
Ingredients: wheat flour, rye flour, flax seeds, millet, grinded rye, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, salt, sugar, water, oil, sourdough.
