This is our Moscow hit, out most unique product, which became the most favorite pastry for Muscovites in “DoubleB” and “Rogalik” networks. Slightly sour taste of cherry is the result of many hours work over the ingredients of the filling, as it is neither marmalade, nor jelly, not confiture. We found the recipe in the book by Rumyantsev and it goes far to the roots of Abrikosov merchants’ family. Cherry croissant is full of filling. It is very bright and tasty. Ivan Shishkin, our close friend and chef, became the first censor and fan of it.
