Roll with poppy seeds and chocolate coating
We need to thank the Soviet Union and famous Michelin chef of “WHITE RABBIT Cafe” Vladimir Mukhin for this bun. At first my wife and I got stuck: how to make poppy delicate, so that it digest well? Vladimir was visiting us at that time. In his childhood he helped his father to bake these very buns. It turns out that in Soviet bakery they were dipped in cognac. We decided that we can trust the chef and made the same bun. That is how roll with poppy seeds was created. We cover it with a paste that is mixture of chocolate and cocoa. The bun is very juicy and memorable. For holidays my classmates send to me orders for it in particular.
Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, eggs, butter, poppy seeds, milk, curd, cacao.
