Flaky swirl with cinnamon
The taste of cinnamon in sweet and flaky dough is absolutely different. The layers rich in butter with cinnamon and sugar are baking differently: they are fluffier and richer in color. And it is so convenient to eat it! You “undress” the bun layer by layer and it is tasty up to the very top. Traditionally “Glavhleb” uses a lot of filling and this bun is no exception.
