Curd tart with orange
This bun with its golden sides resembles the sun so much that you can only perceive it as something warm and kind. The tastier and the sweeter it is, the happier you feel. In Slavic families tart recipes were passed on from generation to generation to amaze and surprise. We have tried and eaten a lot of them before we were able to make this very tart. And so many of them were eaten in the old days! Anyway, it is hard to resist such delicious treat.
Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, eggs, butter, cottahe cheese 9%, orange, milk.
