Apple tart
It is easy to recognize a tart by its shape and cottage cheese in the middle. But you like diversity and we like all our customers, that is why we made this tender tart with apple. When you have a lot of cottage cheese and apple puree, the usual shape is no good, so we made a triangular tart. It looks the same way the pastry looked one hundred and two hundred years ago: in the paintings the triangular pastry represents Russian hospitality and diversity. We are not here to destroy traditions but to preserve them.
Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, butter, cottage cheese, apple puree, sugar, salt, water.
