Borodinsky bread

It is bread which is most recognizable by the deep scent of coriander, the heaviest and the most favourite one. Tight crust burnt after long time spent in high temperatures, thick, almost pasty crumb and long storage period. One of the most frequently sold bread.

Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, rye flour, malt extract, yeast, coriander, salt, sugar, malt, water, non-yeasted sourdough.
