This baguette is very filling, and if you have decided to have a meal, it is just what you need. Seeds make the crust not just hard, but tight, which is very important for juicy sandwiches, e.g. with avocado, tomatoes and other raw products. For example, in Ireland they smear it with mustard and butter.
