Grain baguette
We are manufacturers and that means we can comply with some requests from our favorite customers. So we made a bun and a baguette from round grain bread. The recipe is the same, but the shape is different. City people like originality and uniqueness, especially Muscovites. This baguette is very filling, and if you have decided to have a meal, it is just what you need. Seeds make the crust not just hard, but tight, which is very important for juicy sandwiches, e.g. with avocado, tomatoes and other raw products. For example, in Ireland they smear it with mustard and butter.
Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, oil, sugar, water, salt, poppy seeds, millet, pumpkin seeds, predough.
