Ciabatta

This is bread with the finest texture, cooked using unique Greek olive oil, which gives it fluffiness and flavor. We get oil from our trusted friends from the Aegean sea. This bread is very moody, especially the crust, but it is also most required for sandwiches. Sometimes it is hard to understand, which is more preferable, bread roll or ciabatta as sales of both these products are much ahead of their golden “colleagues”.

Ingredients: straight white wheat flour, pressed yeast, sugar, salt, sourdough (water, top-grade flour), milk 3,2%, water.
